Video of Mike Huckabee on The O'Reilly Factor

And here's the video of Huckabee on the O'Reilly Factor

The "No Spin Zone?" Analysis of Mike Huckabee on the O'Reilly Factor

I just watched Mike Huckabee on the O'Reilly Factor, and I was sort of taken aback by Bill O'Reilly's tactics during this interview. By the tone of the questions, it seemed like he was trying to paint Huckabee as too religious for President.

O'Reilly started out the interview by showing two brief clips of Gov. Huckabee in a debate where he stated that if anyone wanted to believe they were descended from primates, they were "certainly welcomed to do it." Then he immediately started asking him questions about evolution and how people would brand him as a nut. But Huckabee rightly stated that he shares the same view as most of America!

O'Reilly asked Huckabee if religious views mattered in the election, and Huckabee said they did. O'Reilly then proceeded to ask him if he believed non-Christians go to hell. What in the world is THAT question for? If O'Reilly thinks religion is such a big deal, why didn't he grill Mitt Romney on his Mormonism when he interviewed him on The Factor? Why didn't he ask Romney if he believed if anyone except Mormons go to heaven? He mentioned nothing about his religion in that interview.

Even so, Huckabee responded in a way that was true to his faith and yet still non-condemnatory, stating that it was not his job to decide who goes to Hell, rather that's left up to God, not the President. But Bill pressed the question, and Huckabee stood on solid ground by saying "I believe Jesus is the way." You have to give him props for that.

Before the interview, O'Reilly also accentuated the fact that Huckabee was a Baptist minister. You could almost hear the dismissal in Bill's voice. His agenda was clear, in my view: to scare people away from Huckabee. Huckabee also had to remind the big mouth that he did NOT start running for President straight from the pulpit! He was a governor for ten and a half years, and a lieutenant governor before that!

That was basically the entire theme of the interview, and O'Reilly showed minimal respect towards Huckabee, in my judgment. He even refused to acknowledge Huckabee's gaining momentum in various polls, instead opting to cite some slightly lower numbers from a different poll.

O'Reilly often has a segment on his show called "Patriot or Pinhead." Well Bill, you definitely proved yourself to be a pinhead in this instance! O'Reilly also proved that his slogan "The no spin zone" is a joke, considering all he did was try to spin the interview.

And that's the memo.

(Will post the video as soon as it's available)

No More Excuses - Support Mike Huckabee

Perhaps you have doubted Gov. Mike Huckabee in the past. Maybe you didn't think he could gain the support, the money or the momentum enough to actually win the nomination. So why support him, right? Well, all of those concerns have been absolutely wiped away in the month of October. You have heard of the October surprise, right? Where something unusual happens in October right before the big elections start. That's what Huckabee is.

His poll numbers have soared to 13 percent in a Rasmussen poll. In fact, if you look at the trajectory of Huckabee's poll numbers, they have ALWAYS been going up on average. His campaign has never been on the downward slope. The rise has been slow (sometimes fast) and very steady. You can no longer say he can't get the support. He has proven that he can.

Huckabee's money situation is equally on the upturn. In the month of October, Huckabee has raised well over a million dollars in online donations alone. The Huckabee campaign even had to reset the goal a few times because they met the other ones so quickly. Who knows what he has raised outside of all that internet funding! And if you watch his online money counter, you can see new donations coming in every minute, almost literally. And now that his status is solidly 1st tier, the money will only continue to increase. You can no longer say Huckabee can't raise the money. He has proven that he can.

Out of all the Republican candidates, Huckabee clearly has the most momentum. He is appearing all over the media, his website is loaded down with mega visitors every day, his blog roll is huge, his supporters are seriously committed to him, and his "buzz" is very apparent. You can no longer say Huckabee doesn't have the momentum. He has proven that he does.

The fact of the matter is, if you were thinking Huckabee was a great candidate but didn't want to support him for some of the above (or other) reasons, then you are all out of excuses. He is the conservative, pro-life, fiscally responsible, strong national defense candidate you were looking for. So please, stop making excuses and support Mike Huckabee for President!

Mike Huckabee to Appear on the O'Reilly Factor Wednesday + Huck Breaks a Million

Apparently Bill O'Reilly has realized that he can't ignore Mike Huckabee any longer. On Halloween Wednesday (tomorrow), Mike Huckabee will be interviewed on the O'Reilly Factor for the first time. O'Reilly had previously been discounting Huckabee and ignoring his steady increase in support.

Well, that will now change. Huckabee's poll numbers are up, his funding is WAY up, and his message is reaching far and wide. Ignoring is no longer an option.

It will be interesting to see how Bill treats Huckabee. I'm not expecting too nice of a reception -- but I truly hope I'm wrong on that. I will post the video on this blog as soon as it's available.

Huck Breaks a Million

Mike Huckabee has raised over $1 million in online contributions! He is only $30,000 away from his goal, which I know will be met shortly.

This quarter is going to be absolutely HUGE for Huckabee in terms of money. Talk about peaking at EXACTLY the right time huh? Only a few months out from the primaries, and Huckabee is absorbing a swell of massive support from all over the country.

Keep donating, keep promoting, keep putting on bumper stickers and buying Huckabee shirts and other stuff. The Huckabee phenomenon just won't stop.

Here's the current state of donations from the self-updating donation map:

The Attack Dogs are Coming Out Against Huckabee

As I search the Google News results for the search query "Mike Huckabee" I am noticing a rapid increase in negative articles on the Gov., although there are plenty of positive ones too.

Now, you may think it bad news to have an increase in some negative articles, but really it's showing that Huck is gaining so fast and furiously that people simply can't ignore him anymore.

Drudge is also continuing to link to negative articles about Huck.

The attacks dogs are coming out with great furiosity because Huckabee has shown that he is a true force to be reckoned with.

But the Huckabee train isn't stopping, so either get on board or move out of the way.

What is Lee Webb and CBN Thinking?

Today I read a very weird article from Lee Webb of the Christian Broadcasting Network. It was a hit piece on Mike Huckabee and what type of theology he may believe in.

First let me point out that I have not seen any hit piece on Giuliani, who is a Catholic, believes abortion should be legal, and accepts the majority of the homosexual agenda. Where is your article on Giuliani Mr. Lee Webb? Actually, Pat Robertson said very good things about Rudy on The 700 Club show, making their own beliefs questionable.

Why is Pat Robertson defending Giuliani, and having Lee Webb criticize Gov. Huckabee?

And what is this criticism Lee Wbb has against Huckabee? Well, after a few points of general attacks with no substance (copy-catting an article by John Fund of t WSJ) -- according to his article, Huckabee may not be a true conservative Christian because apparently he signed legislation that would not call natural disasters "acts of God." Because of this, it seems like Webb is calling into question all of Huckabee's theology, and saying from the outset, "Mike Huckabee will not win the Republican nomination for president."

Such a statement like that is not anything objective whatsoever. It merely shows they are trying to keep Huckabee down and out... but lucky for all of us Huckabee fans, it's too late to douse the flames of the Huckabee surge.

You see, CBN feels the need to bash Huckabee, but prop up Giuliani. You think Pat Robertson and his gang have a dog in this fight? You bet they do. I can only imagine Giuliani promised Pat a seat at the table of power or something, thereby earning his support. How pathetic is CBN to do what they are trying to do to Huckabee.

But as I said, CBN, Lee Webb, and Pat Robertson's hypocrisy is clear and evident. They are trying to tear down a fellow Christian brother in order to elect a liberal, left-of-center drone in Rudolph Giuliani, who in a 1996 interview with Charlie Rose said he ran also as a liberal! See the video here.

Huckabee Jumps to 12%

A new poll has Huckabee jumping PAST Romney to 12% - The Huckabee surge is moving fast and furious.

Here are the numbers from the latest Rasmussen poll:

Giuliani 20%
Thompson 19%
McCain 14%
Huckabee 12%
Romney 11%

UPDATE TO ADD: Huckabee is also at an amazing 10% in New Hampshire, ahead of Fred Thompson who is at just 6%. Here are the numbers for New Hampshire:

Romney 28%
Giuliani 19%
McCain 16%

Support for Mike Huckabee is Swelling - 10% in Latest Poll + Incredible Fundraising Numbers

In the latest Rasmussen Reports poll, Mike Huckabee has reached 10% for the first time. This is major news for Huck, as his steady climb is unrelenting. Huckabee has always been on the upward trajectory, so this news was actually inevitable. If the best predictor of the future is past events, then Huckabee is sure to continue his amazing surge in the poll and actually win the Republican nomination!

On another good note for Huck, his fund-raising numbers have been simply incredible lately. The campaign started out October by setting a goal of $200,000. Well, they have surpassed that goal quickly and easily, and are now aiming to raise over a million dollars in a single month of Oct. If the goal is met, that would be more money raised in one month than they raised the entire last quarter. Head over to MikeHuckabee.com to check it out and help out with the goal!

The support is swelling for Huckabee. You can sense it and feel it in the polls, the fundrasing, and the overall enthusiasm people are having for Mike Huckabee. I have always said his win will be historic. We are still on track to shock and amaze people, as Huck keeps plowing through the field, blowing away everyone's expectations.

2008 is the year of Mike Huckabee. You can count on it.

Huckabee Reaches Goal; Let's Start a New One!

I think it's time for a new goal! Maybe $300,000 for Oct. 31st?

Congratulations Gov. Huckabee!

Chuck Norris Endorses Mike Huckabee!

Chuck Norris has made up his mind about who he thinks would be the best President of the United States. In an opinion article for World Net Daily, Chuck Norris said,
I won't leave you in suspense. Though Giuliani might be savvy enough to lead people, Fred Thompson wise enough to wade through the tides of politics, McCain tough enough to fight terrorism and Romney business-minded enough to grow our economy, I believe the only one who has all of the characteristics to lead America forward into the future is ex-Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee
Norris goes on to say:

Friends, it's time for people to get off the bench and onto the playing field. If we are going to see a man like Mike Huckabee elected, it's time to rally behind him, support him financially, pray for him daily and spread the word of his character, platform and experience.

So can a man who was raised in a poor background from Hope, Ark., become governor then president? As Mike says, "Our country has already proven that!" What I would ask is: Give Hope another chance! This time, they want to send in the real cavalry.

Keep Hope alive! Join my wife Gena and me by electing Mike Huckabee in '08!

Rich Lowry on Huckabee: Wow. What an incredible communicator.

Regarding Huckabee's speech at the Family Research Council, Lowry had this to say:

Wow. Let me repeat: Wow. What an incredible communicator. His message has gotten stronger with the accent on Buchanesque nationalist/protectionist notes, and he speaks the language of these kind of voters better than anyone. I found myself getting goose-bumps near the end of his speech when he invoked a long series of Biblical underdogs, beginning with David and his five smooth stones. He made as strong a case as possible for putting all pragmatic considerations aside and going with him. And no one could mistake the shots at Romney, including a reference to candidates who have as many positions as Elvis had sizes to his waist-band. Watch out in Iowa.

Brownback Dropping Out

It has been confirmed that Kansas Sen. Sam Brownback is dropping out of the race as of Friday, 10/19. Although his campaign failed to catch any type of fire, he has always been a voice of true conservatism; but unfortunately that wasn't backed up by very much charisma.

In the end, the Republican party needs someone who can inspire passion and ignite people to vote and volunteer, and Brownback simply did not have that gift. A true conservative alternative for Brownback supporters is Mike Huckabee.

It is being reported that Brownback will likely run for Governor of Kansas in 2010.

Although Brownback is dropping out, it is unlikely he will endorse Gov. Huckabee. Probably because he is a little upset at Huckabee stealing the thunder from the Iowa Straw poll, and partly because he is better acquainted with Sen. John McCain as a fellow Senator.

There is a Republican debate being held on Sunday, 10/21 on the Fox News Channel -- which means there will be one less podium and more time for Mike Huckabee. Now if we can only get Tom Tancredo and Duncan Hunter to drop their flailing campaigns.....

A new Rasumussen presidential poll today shows Mike Huckabee at EIGHT percent. That's just 1 percentage point under John McCain, who is at nine percent, and only 5 points under Romney. Wow! Letters for Huckabee

Peg Michaud from Center Barnstead, New Hampshire wrote a letter to the Concord Monitor newspaper, detailing why she likes Mike Huckabee. She writes in part,

I am a registered independent voter. I have listened to the messages of each candidate and have made up my own mind. I have chosen to support Gov. Mike Huckabee. He is a real person, not a politician. How refreshing to listen to a candidate speak English, as opposed to doublespeak! He tells it like it is, even if it isn't the answer most people want to hear. Sometimes, the truth hurts.
By writing this letter to her Newspaper, Peg became an activist for Mike Huckabee. Something so simple has the ability to be so effective -- especially if it is done on a large scale.

I believe Huckabee's biggest challenge right now is name recognition. Doing something like this helps make Huckabee known, as people will feel compelled to give him a look. Click the link above to read the whole letter. I want to give a big thanks to Peg for a great letter!

What is your Newspaper called? To anyone reading this: Please write or email a letter to the editor of your hometown newspaper and tell them why you like Mike Huckabee.

Ann Coulter is Clueless - Attacks on Mike Huckabee and Fred Thompson

Updated and Edited

Ann Coulter recently wrote an opinion piece where she blasted Mike Huckabee and Fred Thompson with her typical biting sarcasm and uncreative name-calling. She says Huckabee isn't a conservative, on the basis of some very baseless claims.

I am going to post her article's comments about Huckabee and post my responses throughout it. Her article is in dark-red, my response is beneath it. It should be noted first of all that Ann Coulter is a Duncan Hunter fan, but I believe she also likes Mormon Mitt. Therefore she is sort of going to bat for Romney by ripping into other candidates.

Conservatives unhappy with our Republican presidential candidates seem to be drifting aimlessly toward Fred Thompson and Mike Huckabee in the misguided belief that these candidates are more conservative than Rudy Giuliani and Mitt Romney. This is like breaking up with Bobby Brown so you can date Phil Spector.
Huckabee IS more conservative than both Rudy Giuliani and Mitt Romney:
  • Huckabee is Pro-life, Giuliani is not.
  • Huckabee is against redefining marriage and against civil unions, Giuliani is not.
  • Huckabee is for the FairTax, Giuliani is not.
  • Huckabee is for sealing the border and not allowing illegal immigrants to enter our country.
  • Huckabee is a fervent and strong supporter of the 2nd amendment. Giuliani is not. In fact, Rudy has a long history of being bad on the 2nd amendment and big on "gun control."
  • Huckabee believes in a strong national defense and winning in Iraq. Listen to one of his responses about Iran, war and congressional approval by clicking here.
Romney's been back and forth on all these; he is conservative when it is convenient, so it's hard to compare him or call him a consistent conservative, cause he is definitely not.
On illegal immigration, Huckabee makes George Bush sound like Tom Tancredo. He has compared illegal aliens to slaves brought here in chains from Africa, saying, "I think frankly the Lord is giving us a second chance to do better than we did before."

Toward that end, when an Arkansas legislator introduced a bill that would prevent illegal aliens from voting and receiving state benefits, Huckabee denounced the bill, saying it would rile up "those who are racist and bigots."

He also made the insane point that companies like Toyota would not invest in Arkansas if the state didn't allow non-citizens to vote because it would "send the message that, essentially, 'If you don't look like us, talk like us and speak like us, we don't want you.'"
She erroneously characterized what Huckabee said about illegal immigrants. The point Huckabee was saying is that we need to be careful not to let it look like racism is the cause of our anger at illigal immigration; we have been given a chance to show that we are no longer racist. Read one of my prior blog entries about this by clicking here. This was before Coulter ever brought it to light.

Of course the border needs to be sealed and illegal immigration needs to be stopped. Even an elementary look at his website will show you that Huckabee's priority is to secure America's border, and that "those who are caught trying to enter illegally must be detained, processed, and deported."

So it looks like Ms. Coulter has a low capacity to actually think and research topics before she jumps the gun and eagerly tries to "expose" Huckabee's old past comments that have already been aired by his foes anyway. They had no weight back then, and they still don't.

Coulter is not an intellectual, she is a bad comedian with even worse research skills. Huckabee is better on immigration than Giuliani and Romney, so her attack here was just plain dumb.
Like all the (other) Democratic candidates for president, he supports a federal law to ban smoking -- unless you're an illegal alien smoking at a Toyota plant. (I just realized why Mike Huckabee can't run for president as a Democrat -- they've already got Mike Gravel.)
Huckabee supports a smoking ban in public work places because of health reasons. I guess in order for us to be conservatives, we all have to inhale toxic cigarette smoke in our public work places. What nonsense.

This issue has nothing to do with being a conservative... Ann is just railing along with the other loud mouths who try to pin Huckabee down as a big government guy, when he clearly is not. He is a "proper government" guy.

Cigarette smoke toxicity is very high - so isn't it the government's responsibility to protect innocent non-smokers from breathing in that toxicity? Huckabee even stated that any ban wouldn't apply to places like bars, where they actually cater to that type of thing (smoking, drinking, etc.) His position is very reasonable.
Huckabee also joined with impeached president Bill Clinton in a campaign against childhood obesity. What, O.J. wasn't available?
.... oh, that was suppose to be funny? ha... ha...
Bill and Mike's excellent adventure lasted about one week in May 2005 -- or just long enough to burnish the image of the president who committed perjury and obstruction of justice in a civil rights suit against him, molested the help and was credibly accused of rape by Juanita Broaddrick.

Huckabee teamed up with that guy to talk to children about healthy eating habits. Ironically, the obesity campaign kicked off almost exactly nine years from the very Palm Sunday on which President Clinton used a cigar as a sexual aid on Monica Lewinsky in the Oval Office.

What is with Republicans? Clinton isn't your average ex-president, like Jerry Ford. This isn't even Jimmy Carter or Walter Mondale.

Decent people shun Clinton, but elected Republicans keep trying to rehabilitate him. President Bush sends his own father on a feel-good "tsunami-relief campaign" with this guy, and Huckabee visits schoolchildren with him.
Yeah, Huckabee joining up with Clinton to fight obesity makes him not a conservative. Right, Ann. Keep telling yourself that.

And.. that's all Coulter had to say about Huckabee. A real deep exposé on the faults of Huckabee huh? No, I believe this ridiculous tirade was intended to help limit the race to only two guys.

She was hoping to bring down the rising conservatives and prop up flip flop Mitt and liberal Giuliani. Coulter is clueless. She lost any respect she might have had by spouting out such forced criticisms that have no merit whatsoever. What a big disappointment.

Fred Thompson Fizzles, Mike Huckabee Sizzles

Republican Debate Transcript

Mike Huckabee got some seriously low air-time, but when he spoke, he hit it out of the park, as usual. His comments on energy independence were particularly good. I think it's fair to say MSNBC is very biased against Huckabee. They cycled all the candidates twice before they got back to Huckabee. Pathetic.

Fred Thompson showed he had a very low speaking capacity. He didn't look like he was ready, and now I know why he was avoiding all the debates. He was coughing and clearing his throat a lot - a sure sign of nervousness.

Giuliani had a good night, so did Romney. McCain was average. Ron Paul blew it by saying he wouldn't support a Republican nominee. The rest aren't worth mentioning.

To ALL Conservatives - A Must-Read

If you are a conservative or a Republican, then I plead with you to read this article by Janet Folger on World Net Daily.

Please distribute the link to this article to every single person you know. This cause is too important to just ignore. We must fight for what we stand for, or else we will all find ourselves in a country that doesn't stand for us.

Full Force Ahead for Huckabee!

A new Gallup Poll shows Huckabee at 7% nationally.

If there has been a change of note over the last several months, it has been the failure of Romney to capitalize on his mini-surge when he won the Iowa straw poll in early August. McCain has, at the same time, recovered his standing after slipping in August. There has been a slight but steady increase in support for Huckabee, despite his very low name identification. Huckabee has gone from 1% of the vote as recently as May to 7% today, within two points of the better-known (and much better financed) Romney, and clearly separating himself from the other "minor" candidates competing for the GOP nomination.
There's still a lot of time left in this race. Huckabee's force is continuing to build.

A debate tonight on CNBC at 4pm ET will again showcase Huckabee's brilliance. This time Fred Thompson has decided to join in. Although we all know he would rather not! Check back for analysis on the debate later on from the Hound.

We did it! (Don't stop now)

Huckabee supporters really pulled through! $20,000 raised in a little over 24 hours to match the fundraiser in Arkansas to make $40,000. Congratulations! I have a feeling that this quarter is going to be a very fruitful one for Gov. Huckabee. His poll numbers are rising, along with his funding. The momentum is going to be unstoppable.

Remember, every dollar donated provides strength to the Huckabee Campaign. www.MikeHuckabee.com to donate.

How Top-Tier is Huckabee?

Of course, top-tier is only a media-made hype about who can raise the most money. The reality is how much support does a candidate's ideas have. However, now is an opportunity to show the media and others that Huckabee really is top-tier by even their own standards.

The Huckabee blog on the official website issued a challenge. Huckabee will be attending a fundraiser Sunday night in Arkansas, which will raise $20,000 for his campaign. He is asking that all of his supporters match this amount by midnight on Sunday.

It is a bold thing to do. If people step up and show that they truly do believe in Mike Huckabee and raise the $20k, then Huckabee will have earned a great amount of respect and money. But if he fails, then his credibility as a fundraiser won't be helped any.

If he fails, then it will be clearly seen. But if he succeeds, that will be clearly visible as well.

So, how far does your commitment to Huckabee truly go? Ron Paul supporters suprised a lot of people by giving a great amount of money to him, because they are passionate. Can we do the same? Do we have the same amount of passion for Huckabee's ideas and message?

If you do, then show your passion and donate right now to MikeHuckabee.com and let's match the $20,000. Unfortunately, money is looked at as political strength. And we can help make Huckabee stronger with every single dollar donated.

Let's make this happen!

Help Mike Huckabee reach his goal. Click here to donate any amount. ALL contributions help, big or small.

The Obama Flag Pin Fiasco

One day, Barack Obama decided to just stop wearing his flag pin that he wore for a long time. When a reporter noticed and asked him about it, he said he didn't need to wear a pin to be patriotic.

That's perfectly true, but at the same time, I can't help but to wonder if all the far-left kooks who hate America somehow were involved in his decision. They possibly made Obama over-think his decision -- one which I'm sure he'll come to regret.

Huckabee says Sen. Barack Obama has a good reason for not wearing a pin with an American flag on it. Since Obama is seen bare-chested in photos so often, pinning himself "could be very painful," Huckabee said.

Huckabee also said this issue is basically silly, and, "There are so many things we need to be talking about" other than what a candidate wears on his lapel.

"A lot of people wear insignias of their fraternities," he said in a brief interview. "Now if you wore a satanic symbol, that has a relevance. That would be an issue."

Must-See Huckabee TV

A short, but fantastic interview with Huckabee on Fox News. Be sure to watch below.

More Impressive Numbers!

Huckabee Sees a 31% Increase in Fundraising

It is being reported that Mike Huckabee will report just over a million dollars for his third quarter fundraising total. While this is not a massive amount, it is certainly respectable -- especially for what is sometimes considered a "dry" quarter for politics. It's actually not that dry for Huck... it's actually about a 31% increase over his previous quarter. And the fact that Huckabee has been so frugal with his money only means that that amount will go further than most people might think.

And if you look at the rest of the candidates (besides Ron Paul), they have all went down in fundrasing from the previous quarter.

John McCain went from over $11 million down to just over $5 million.

Giuliani went from over 15 million to over 10 million.

Mitt Romney went from 14 million to about 10 million.

And Thompson is will report about 7-8 million for his first official quarter being in the race. Not amazing for someone who suppose to be a Republican savior!

So as you can see, fundraising has been down, except for Mike Huckabee. He is continuing to rise, and there is also good reason to believe that the fourth quarter will be his best one yet by far.

Although these numbers will probably be looked at as lackluster, the truth of the matter is that they are actually a positive mark for Huck's campaign. He is rising, not only in fundraising, but also where it counts even more -- in the polls.

Wow, Huckabee Still Rising!

Post-ABC Poll
Rudy Giuliani: 34%
Fred Thompson: 17%
John McCain: 12%
Mitt Romney: 11%
Mike Huckabee: 8%
Mike Huckabee continues to climb in the polls! A national Washington Post-ABC News poll of Republican voters now shows Huckabee at 8%, his best showing yet!

Earlier I reported that Huckabee had reached new heights in a Rasmussen poll with 7%, and this new poll that has him at 8% just continues to show a magnificent upward trend in support for Huckabee.

It won't be long before Huckabee breaks 10%. By that time, there will be no doubt by anybody that he has a very good shot at winning the nomination. His strong backing in key states like Iowa and New Hampshire also spur optimism.

Even Newt Gingrich and Bill Clinton are recognizing that Huckabee is special. Check out this article where the two men express some positive remarks towards him.

Keep on pressing on for Huck. For a man who started with virtually zero name-recognition and no money, he sure has come a long way. His win will be historic!
