John McCain doesn't seem to like the fact that a 527 group called "Common Sense Issues" is "push polling" in favor of Huckabee and against him. He has in the past asked Huckabee to tell them to stop. One problem with that though. John McCain's own legislation makes it illegal for Huckabee to talk to the group! In talking to the media, Huckabee said:
”We’ve asked people to stop.You are aware that it’s illegal for us to make contact with a 527 “, Huckabee said at a presser last night. ” This is one of the problems with the McCain-Feingold act; it’s an absolute disaster. It’s created this whole flood of soft money that nobody really can say they’re in control of.”
John McCain needs to be taken to task for his horrible legislation, and I hope Huck continues to talk about this very legitimate issue. McCain needs to stop whining since he/his legislation is part of the problem! See the article and video of Huckabee talking about the horrible McCain-Feingold act.
